- Non-Refundable Deposit:
Customers leaving a deposit of $1,500 acknowledge and agree that this deposit is non-refundable. - Reservation Period:
The deposit guarantees that the specific puppy selected by the customer will be held exclusively for them for a period of 48 hours. During this time, the puppy will not be made available to any other customers. - Completion of Purchase:
Customers must finalize the purchase within the 48-hour reservation period in store. Failure to complete the transaction within this timeframe will result in the puppy being made available to other customers, and the deposit will be forfeited. - Payment:
Customers must complete their purchase in store using one or more of the following payment methods:- Cash
- Financing (must be pre-approved)
- Credit or Debit Card (excluding American Express)
Please note that we do not accept personal or business checks as a form of payment
- Non-Transferable Deposit:
- Customers acknowledge that the deposit is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the specific puppy they have selected. The deposit cannot be used for any other puppies in the store.
- Acknowledgement:
By placing a deposit, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.
